Troy Golden is running for the open State House District 22 legislative seat, bringing a wealth of experience, rural values, a strong economic development record, and a vision for a vibrant future for our families. Born and raised in a ranching family, Troy learned first hand the importance of hard work, determination, and the value of an earned dollar.
Troy's extensive achievements include his current role as Tishomingo City Manager, service on the Johnston County Industrial Authority board, expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leadership in critical infrastructure programs, building upon a successful career in agricultural chemical sales, where he managed a team and oversaw a sales territory spanning half of the United States.
Troy Golden has a proven track record of collaborating with community partners to develop and execute a strategic plan for Tishomingo, demonstrating qualities of leadership, consistency, fiscal responsibility, and a crystal-clear vision that has translated into tangible results for our entire region to enjoy.
Troy Golden is married to the love of his life, Carrie, and has one son, Dylan. He is currently the Board President of Southern Oklahoma Regional Disposal Inc. and a Board Member of Johnston County Industrial Authority.
